This online course of combined postnatal advice & gentle exercise sessions are suitable for anyone who had their baby 6 weeks to 1 year ago. Experienced postnatal Physio & Pilates instructor Anna Meggitt will take you through 4 Pilates-based exercise sessions, helping you:
- Reduce aches & pains from lifting & holding your little one
- Improve pelvic floor strength
- Restore your core (including if you’ve had a C-Section or have diastasis recti)
