Our Reformer Pilates classes in Billericay, Essex are designed to help you move with confidence, build strength, and feel supported – whether you’re returning from injury, managing aches and pains, or simply wanting to feel stronger in your body.
Our welcoming studio is based in Little Burstead, with free parking nearby, and is easily accessible from Billericay, Wickford, Basildon, Brentwood, and the surrounding Essex area.
As a service developed and led by our experienced physiotherapists, our Reformer Pilates classes combine clinical expertise with the flow and challenge of Pilates, using the reformer to support, challenge, and enhance your movement safely and effectively.
As a physio-led service, all clients must complete a 1-1 Reformer assessment with us before joining a class. If you haven’t attended this yet, please click here to book your initial 1–1.
Class Timetable & Booking Options
We run small, supportive Reformer Pilates classes with a maximum of 4 people per class, ensuring plenty of individual attention.
Classes run:
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 12pm & 1pm
- Fridays at 12pm, 1pm & 2pm
Once you’ve completed your 1-1 Reformer session with one of our physios or clinically trained instructors, you can attend regular reformer classes with one of our reformer memberships, combine mat and Pilates classes with our Platinum Plus or Platinum Wellness memberships, or attend drop-in pay as you go sessions whenever works for you.
Reformer Class Pre-Requisite: 1–1 Reformer Session
Before joining a Reformer class, all clients must complete a 1–1 Reformer Pilates session with one of our physiotherapists.
This initial session allows us to:
- Set the reformer up specifically for your body
- Assess movement, strength, and any injuries or health concerns
- Teach you the key exercises and cues used in class
- Ensure you feel confident, safe, and comfortable using the equipment
