Power BARRE Pilates: an upbeat class incorporating a fusion of ballet-inspired exercises and Pilates – no ballet experience is needed, but expect to point your toes, lengthen your limbs, and increase your heart rate!

New to our classes?
Our classes are suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions, as physiotherapy knowledge and experience is used to adapt exercises appropriately.
