Having attended Pilates classes for over three months now at Animated Physio in Billericay, I can only say how much I have been enjoying the classes. My balance is certainly improving & I am so much more aware of my posture now. It’s a really nice atmosphere that doesn’t judge you on your ability & the teachers are very helpful & friendly. Being in a smaller class makes a big difference too. Would recommend.Posted on Google![]()

I attended a MummyMOT appointment at Animated Physio in Billericay with Alex following a c-section a couple of months ago. I would highly recommend this to anyone as a part of their postpartum recovery. Alex was really friendly and made the whole experience really comfortable. We covered lots of aspects of postpartum recovery and Alex explained everything really thoroughly throughout the appointment. She recommended some exercises and massage techniques to aid my recovery and I’m looking forward to joining the postpartum pilates classes to aid this even further.Posted on Google![]()

I have been attending the mixed ability Pilates classes with Animated Physio Billericay since January and really enjoy them. Classes are small, informative and easy to follow for all levels. I’ve found all the instructors to be really friendly and understanding if you have injuries to work with. Would highly recommend membership here. Update September 2026 - 6 months in and I’m still really enjoying the classes, attending 4 times a week. Early onset of frozen shoulder has completely disappeared and my joint mobility is much improved. The friendliness of both staff a class members is a bonus.Posted on Google![]()

My friend recommended I try pilates with Animated Physio in Billericay. Her back pain had improved since joining. I decided to sign up as the sessions were set up by qualified a physio who was also a trained pilates instructor Due to distance I attended on line Foundation and Mixed ability classes. I had chronic back pain and stiffness from wear and tear but this had been made worse following a knee replacement. After a few months of attending classes the stiffness and pain in my back had improved. I am more flexible and feel stronger with less aches and pains generally. Strength in my shoulders, legs and core particulatly my pelvic floor has also improved. I now go about my daily routine without taking any paracetamol or ibuprofen. I can take part in the on line classes from comfort of my home or elsewhere if I'm away. You can sign up for a free session to get you started. Best pilates classes I've ever done.Posted on Google![]()

Have been attending both power and regular Pilates classes at animated physio in Billericay for a few years now. I wanted to improve my overall strength and flexibility and I’ve found it’s been really helpful in helping me learn how my body works which in turn has supported my other sports and activities. All the instructors are really friendly, class sizes are small, studio is lovely and there’s a great mix of exercises we move through. All of the instructors are really knowledgable and great at suggesting modifications for making exercises easier or harder or modifications for injuries.Posted on Google![]()

Since joining Animated Physio in Billericay 2 years ago, I have really appreciated the professional support I have received from Anna & the wider team. I joined as a reluctant 50+ year old, with no real interest in exercising, but needing to improve my health. Since then they have helped me through Beginners & Mixed classes, to the point where I now happily attend Power and, more recently, Reformer classes. I've grown in strength, confidence and pilates at AP has helped tackle some of the more debilitating aspects of menopause. I particularly appreciate the fact that there are several Physios on the Pilates team, so I always feel safe in the increasingly challenging exercises I am asked to do. Give it a try!Posted on Google![]()

Amazing classes and team in Billericay! I’ve really been enjoying the Mixed Ability & Power Pilates classes! I had a few issues with my lower back but since I've been going to Animated Physio I’ve noticed a big improvement in my strength and feel stronger and more confident with each class. The sessions are challenging but enjoyable, and I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend!
