Join us for a fusion of ballet inspired exercises & Pilates. This upbeat class is designed to challenge your stability and coordination, improve your posture, and really work your legs and bottom.
No ballet experience is required, but expect to point your toes, lengthen your limbs, and increase your heartrate!
We currently run 2 Power Barre Pilates Classes each week, on Mondays at 7:30pm, and Saturdays at 8:30am. Both these classes can be attended either at our Billericay Studio (SS15 4ER / Basildon / Laindon / Noak Bridge), or virtually via Zoom.
Your first class with us is always free, and all Barre Classes are included within our Pilates memberships. If you’re already a member, you can book via the TeamUp App. If you’re yet to try a class with us you can do so by clicking here.
