Do I need to have done Pilates before?

Our Power Pilates and Barre Pilates classes are faster paced, more challenging classes so we only recommend starting with these if you aren’t suffering with pain or injury, and are used to exercising at moderate intensities, but you don’t need to have done Pilates before.
