The New Year is the perfect time to try something new and get your body feeling stronger and healthier! With 26 weekly classes on our Pilates class timetable, you have plenty of options to choose from – for FREE!

We’d love you to join us for our Bring a Friend Week from Monday 20th until Saturday 25th January.

Why Bring a Friend to Pilates?

Booking a Pilates class with a friend helps overcome two major barriers to exercise:

  • Confidence Boost: Having a friendly face in the room makes you feel more comfortable trying something new.
  • Accountability: Attending with a friend means you’re more likely to show up and stay committed, making it easier to stick to your fitness goals.

P.s. If you want to come along to try our classes this week without a friend, you are also more than welcome to book a space just for yourself!

Event Details

  • Dates: Monday 20th to Saturday 25th January
  • Location: Animated Physio, Watch House Farm, Wash Road, Noak Bridge, SS15 4ER (see the bottom of this page for a map)
  • Booking: You can book as many classes as you like for FREE (subject to availability). Booking is essential due limited class capacity & our insurance & safety requirements – keep reading for our available classes.
  • What to bring: all equipment is provided (mats, pillows, resistance bands etc), but we suggest you come wearing clothes you feel comfortable exercising in & bring a bottle of water with you.

We have been inundated with bookings for our Bring a Friend Week, meaning many of our available classes are now fully booked for this week. Pilates Class Levels Explained

Pilates Foundations: gentle sessions focusing on Pilates technique and stretches, perfect for beginners and those who prefer a slower paced class.

Mixed Ability Classes: suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Revive / Revive and Relax: suitable for all levels with more focus on stretching, posture and mobility work. ‘Revive and Relax’ also has an extended relaxation and meditation element.

Power Pilates Classes: for those after a faster paced, more challenging session.

Power BARRE Pilates: an upbeat class incorporating a fusion of ballet-inspired exercises and Pilates – no ballet experience is needed, but expect to point your toes, lengthen your limbs, and increase your heart rate!

  • Any injuries or medical conditions
  • The class(es) you’d like to book

By emailing us to book a class, you consent to be contacted via phone and email regarding your booking. This will add you to our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

Important Reminder

Once you book your classes, please mark the dates in your diary. Our classes are small, and it’s courteous to attend if you’ve reserved a spot, ensuring everyone gets a chance to participate.

Our classes are suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions, as our instructors knowledge and experience is used to adapt exercises appropriately. It is advisable to have a 1:1 session prior to starting our classes to go through adaptations if you have concerns about whether you will manage certain exercises – please click here for more information or to book a 1:1 session.
