Posture Workshop
This will be our last workshop in 2024! We’ll be teaching you how to reduce back, neck, and shoulder pain, and strengthen muscles to help you stand taller too! We’re running an upgraded & updated version of the posture workshop we ran earlier in the year with some very special extras, including the use of the OptiNeck Balance Wedge – not to be missed!
