What Awaits You

1. Expert talk

Have you ever bought a red car and suddenly every other car on the road is red? Understanding how the mind works enables us to use this in powerful ways, by focusing on goals and aspirations that we want to achieve and making these more possible. This month’s expert, NLP Practitioner and artist, Sandie Cottee will debunk myths and explain how to make and use a vision board that guides direction and maintains your focus.

2. Feel inspired

Sandie will share true stories, a handout, and examples of different ways that she personally uses vision boards, as well as how the way we speak to ourselves can have a powerful impact and make a difference.

3. Meditate to manifest

You’ll experience a relaxation & meditation session to ground yourself and be connected in the present moment. This invites our intuition, and our mind to relax, and see our future in the way we wish it to be.

4. Vision boarding to put your ideas to paper

With all materials supplied, you’ll cut out images, quotes and words that attract you, sticking them down and creating a collage. This activity will help you understand more about yourself whilst giving yourself time to relax and let your creativity unfold.

5. Snacks & Refreshments

Pimms, lemonade, and nibbles will be provided at the session to help your creativity flow as you surround yourself with like-minded people!
