After the success of our fully booked July workshop, which also had a big waiting list, we’ve added an additional date in October. We will delve into the multifaceted topic of menopause, offering comprehensive insights and practical solutions. This workshop is suitable for pre, peri, and post menopausal women.

August – Member’s Summer Social

No workshop will be held this month, but instead we’ll be holding a members only exclusive cocktail making summer social, FREE for all our Pilates members to attend! This will be on Thursday 15th August, from 7:30-9pm, with the option of making a cocktail, mocktail, or just coming along for a drink & a chat with the rest of our Pilates gang! We ask you book your space so we know how many to cater for on the night.

September – The Menopause Diet: Eating for Health, Fitness & Weight

After the popularity of our previous nutrition workshop, guest expert & nutritionist Nicola Ragon-Paxton is returning to our studio to teach you tips to feel energised and healthy as you navigate the menopause. This will be held at our Noak Bridge studio (SS15 4ER) on Saturday 28th September from 11am until 12:30pm.

October – Sleep & Self-Care Workshop

After the popularity of this workshop earlier in the year, we’re giving you the chance to either revisit, or join us when you missed out last time, as we take you through tips to get your best night’s sleep, and awake feeling refreshed! This will be held at our Noak Bridge studio (SS15 4ER) on Friday 18th October from 7pm until 9pm.

November – Posture Workshop

We’ll be teaching you how to reduce back, neck, and shoulder pain, and strengthen muscles to help you stand taller too! We’re running an upgraded & updated version of the posture workshop we ran earlier in the year with some very special extras not to be missed! This will be held at our Noak Bridge studio (SS15 4ER) on Saturday 9th November from 11am until 1pm.
