Join experienced physiotherapist Anna Meggitt as she takes you through why you suffer with neck, back & shoulder pain, helps you understand your optimum posture, and how to alleviate aches & pains.  Saturday 25th May, 11am-1pm.

June Workshop: Achieve Your Goals with Vision Boarding & Meditation

We’ll be halfway through 2024! Did you set goals at the start of the year? Have you gone off track? Or, was there something you want to achieve by the end of the year, but you need that bit of help to improve your mindset so that you actually get there? Join artist & NLP practitioner (& she’s also one of our lovely Pilates members!) Sandie Cottee as she takes you through a creating & vision board workshop, coupled with a glass of Pimms to help get those creative juices flowing, and an inspiring guided meditation.
