In the session I’ll be taking you through the 5 most effective core exercises you can try to build your strength safely.  We’ll also be delving deeper into technique & evidence behind why building strength is so important in helping our aches & pains.

This 1 hour session is approximately 30 minutes of Pilates exercise & 30 minutes of education.
