These treatment packages are available to purchase following an initial physio appointment (including MummyMOTs or Menopause MOTs). At your initial appointment, your physio will discuss with you if they think a treatment package will be beneficial for you, and details of the package will be emailed to you along with your bespoke treatment programme.
6 Session Package – £300
If you come to us with pain, injury, or symptoms that we assess will require 6 or more sessions to make lasting changes, this package is for you. As part of your treatment, we can incorporate bespoke 1-1 Pilates sessions, targeted hands-on treatment, prescriptive exercises, as well as any 1-1 help and support you need. The sessions within this package can be redeemed against either 45 minute physio appointments or 60 minute massages. This package has a 12 month expiry date.
If purchased as individual sessions, these would cost £372 – giving you a saving of £72!
3 Session Package – £155
If you come to us with pain, injury, or symptoms that we assess will require 3 or more sessions to make lasting changes, this package is for you. As part of your physio treatment, we can incorporate bespoke 1-1 Pilates sessions, targeted hands-on treatment, prescriptive exercises, as well as any 1-1 help and support you need. The sessions within this package can be redeemed against either 45 minute physio appointments or 60 minute massages. This package has a 6 month expiry date.
If purchased as individual sessions, these would cost £186 – giving you a saving of £31!
Core Appointment Subscription – 1 appointment per month – £49 p/m
Want to get a regular massage or physio slot in your diary to keep on top of tightness, aches and pains? Then our appointment subscriptions are for you! Take the time each month to book yourself in for a 60 minute massage, focusing on the areas of your choice, to keep your body feeling the best it can.
This subscription has a 6 month minimum term, and monthly payments are taken on the same date each month, starting from the date you start your subscription. Committing to our Core Appointment Subscription saves you £13 per massage compared to if you were to book a monthly pay as you go appointment with us!
Premium Appointment Subscription – 2 appointments per month – £89 p/m
Finding one massage or physio appointment per month just isn’t enough to keep on top of tension, tightness, aches and pains? Then our Premium Appointment Subscription is for you! With 2 x 60 minute massages or 45 minute physio appointments each month, for just £89 (saving you a huge £35 per month compared to booking pay as you go appointments!), our Premium Appointment Subscription aims to keep you feeling the best you possibly can!
This subscription has a 6 month minimum term, and monthly payments are taken on the same date each month, starting from the date you start your subscription.
From Bump back to You Treatment Package – £130
This treatment package aims to give you the help you need with your postnatal recovery following a MummyMOT, and includes:
- 2 x 45 min physio follow up appointments to check your recovery, and review & progress your treatment programme
- Online on demand 6 week postnatal Pilates course to help you restore your core and pelvic floor strength
- Bespoke rehab programme to ensure you’re working on the rehab for your specific needs
- Appointments included in the package have a 3 month expiry date
- If purchased separately would cost £164 – giving you a saving of £34
