Saturday 10th January – Birthday Pilates & Coffee Morning
It’s been 7 years since I took the leap and made Animated Physio my full-time business – and we’d love for you to come and celebrate with us!
Join us at our studio on Saturday 10th January for a morning of mini Pilates classes, coffee or tea, cake, and good company.
🕗 30-minute Pilates classes running every 45 minutes:
8:00am | 8:45am | 9:30am | 10:15am | 11:00am
There’ll be 15 minutes between each session for chatting and refreshments – and of course, you’re very welcome to stay longer to catch up and enjoy a slice (or two!) of cake.
✨ Free for all members (doesn’t count towards your normal class credits – book via TeamUp app)
✨ £10 per person for non-members, including your class, coffee, tea, and cake
