How do I book a Pilates class?
You can book your Pilates classes through the TeamUp app, or through your web browser.
We find using the app the easiest way to do this.

How do your monthly memberships work?
All of our Pilates memberships work by you paying a monthly card payment. This payment is the same each month, you’ll be billed on the same date of the month you signed up, and the cost will vary depending on the membership you’re on. You can see our membership options here.
Our studio will be open for 50 weeks of the year (closed for 2 weeks at Christmas). All membership costs are spread equally over the year, regardless of if we are open or closed.
For our Core memberships (one studio session per week), you can book 1 session at the studio each week. If you miss the occasional week due to illness or holiday, you can request a catch up class by emailing us at [email protected]. A maximum of 6 catch up classes can be authorised each year to Core Members.
For our Premium memberships (two studio sessions per week), you can book 2 sessions at the studio each week. If you miss the occasional week due to illness or holiday, you can request a catch up class by emailing us at [email protected]. A maximum of 12 catch up classes can be authorised each year to Premium Members.
For our Powerhouse membership, and plus memberships, you can book Zoom classes whenever the studio is open (so for 50 weeks of the year), and have access to our on demand sessions 52 weeks of the year.
Does that mean I have to sign up for a year at a time?
We run a 3 month minimum term on all our Pilates memberships (& 6 month minimum term on our highest level membership, Platinum Wellness), as we want you to attend regularly, and for long enough to see and feel the positive effects of Pilates. After the initial 3 month period (or 6 months for Platinum Wellness) you can cancel at any time.
All our memberships have a 30 day notice period on cancellation. You can cancel through your TeamUp account, or email us if you would like us to do this for you.

If a class is full, can I join a waiting list?
Yes! If a class you’d like to join is currently fully booked, click to join the class. This will add you to the waiting list. If a space becomes available before our late cancel cut-off time (2 hours before a class), you’ll be automatically added into the class. If a space becomes available less than 2 hours before the class start time, you’ll have 2 hours to accept your space. If you do not accept your space within this 2 hour window, the system will remove you from the waiting list and offer the space to the next person on the list.

At Animated Physio, we prioritise the wellbeing of each and every one of our clients. Our utmost commitment is to provide you with an exceptional service, fuelled by our passion for assisting you in achieving your goals. We keep a close watch on all our clients, and every month, we recognise and reward our Member of the Month – a dedicated individual who has exhibited exceptional effort in our classes over the previous 30 days!
To enhance the overall wellbeing of our clients, we offer an exclusive monthly stretch and relaxation class to all our Pilates members. This class is an additional benefit included in all memberships at no extra cost. We understand the demands of busy lives, and we believe that dedicating an hour each month to slowing down can be immensely beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety.
Another members benefit we provide is a 10% discount on all our one-on-one appointments, ensuring that you can receive extra assistance whenever you encounter any pain, discomfort or concerns.
To foster a sense of community amongst our Pilates enthusiasts, we run a members-only Facebook group where we offer motivation, advice, and support. Additionally, we organise seasonal social events during summer and winter, extending an open invitation to all our Pilates members.
Recognising that sometimes an hour class is insufficient and that a full day is needed to truly unwind and restore your wellbeing, we regularly host Retreat Days. As a Pilates member, you will have the privilege of priority booking and an early bird discount for these.
How do I book a catch up class?
We offer 6 catch up classes for Core members, and 12 catch up classes for Premium members each year. This means you can catch up if you miss a session due to holiday or illness. These sessions are offered out of goodwill, and expire at the end of each year (31st December). We pro-rata the sessions halfway through the year, so if you join us after the start of July, you will receive 3 for Core or 6 for Premium memberships.
