My Free Pilates Week starts on Monday 5th September.
From Monday, through to Wednesday, each day I’ll be taking you through a Pilates session with movements and exercises you can use to get your back, and the rest of your body feeling stronger, more flexible, and pain free!
These session can be joined live at my lovely Billericay studio, live online, or you can catch up with the recordings at a time to suit you throughout the week.
