Then from Monday, through to Wednesday, each day I’ll be taking you through a Pilates-based session with movements and exercises you can use to manage your back pain. These session can be joined live, or caught up on at a time to suit you throughout the week.
On the Thursday, I will be holding my final session, a Pilates Masterclass, sharing my knowledge on how to get the most out of your Pilates sessions, and make 2022 your healthiest year yet.
