As you know, Animated Physio is committed to bringing high quality health & wellness services to our community, allowing people to get the help and support they need to feel better, move better, and live better.

To stay committed to these values that lie at the core of our company, we will be raising our prices as of April 1st 2023. This will allow us to maintain the talent and expertise we have within the team, continue to grow our Pilates service to make it as accessible as possible to you, and invest in equipment and resources to bring an even bigger offering of health services to your and our community.

Please note prices will be updated on 1st April 2023, and any appointments and packages purchased after this time will be at our new prices.

Pilates

Pay as you go classes

Our pay as you go classes will be £18, and virtual / Zoom £10. As we want all of our clients to see the benefit of Pilates, we believe that regular classes are the way to do this. Therefore we have made our Pilates memberships the best value we can. If you currently pay as you go, please email us so we can help you sign up to the membership that will work out best for you!

Pilates Powerhouse Membership

Pilates Powerhouse membership will remain at £39 per month. This will give you access to our huge on demand library of sessions, unlimited Zoom classes, and our new monthly And Breathe class. Our new monthly relaxation class can be attended either on Zoom or at the studio and is included in the cost of your membership. The supplement for studio Pilates classes for Pilates Powerhouse members will be £3.50 per class as of 1st April 2023.

Studio membership

Studio membership will be £40 every 4 weeks, which will give you 4 classes on your pass. Any remaining classes will roll over unless you cancel your membership. On cancelling your membership, any remaining classes on your account will be lost. There is a £30 joining fee for this membership, but this will be waived for new customers or anyone transferring from pay as you go classes until 1st April 2023.

As most of you will know, we are currently working on expanding our team of instructors to bring you an increased timetable, to give you even more flexibility with your Pilates sessions. We will keep you updated on any additional classes we add to our timetable.

Physiotherapy Appointments

Initial Appointments

Initial assessments will be increasing to 50 minutes of contact time to allow us time to assess, treat, and discuss any ongoing help you might need from us. This will be followed by 10 minutes of non-contact time where we put together and email over your bespoke treatment programme. These appointments can be booked for any musculoskeletal condition (e.g. back pain, knee pain, etc), an initial Pilates 1-1 session, or women’s health condition (e.g. urinary incontinence, prolapse, etc). These appointments will be £72.

Follow Up Appointments

Follow up appointments will remain at 45 minutes to give us time to continue your treatment as required, and will be £55. These appointments give us time together to review your treatment programme and continue with treatment as indicated. This includes 1-1 Pilates sessions, massage & sports massage as part of your treatment programme.

Postnatal Appointments

MummyMOT Apppointments

MummyMOT appointments will remain at £98 for the initial 1 hour appointment, and an initial 30 minutes non-contact time where we write up and email over your report and bespoke treatment programme.

Physio Treatment Packages

These treatment packages are available to purchase following your initial assessment. At your initial assessment, your physio will discuss with you if they think a treatment package will be beneficial for you and details of the package will be emailed to you along with your bespoke treatment programme.

Sore back to strong back – £397

If you’re ready to take the steps needed to make a lasting change to your back pain, then this treatment package is for you. Included in the package is:

6 x 45 min back massages to help reduce pain, tension, and sensitivity of your back
3 months Pilates Powerhouse membership to ensure you’re doing regular exercises that are safe and effective to help your back
Bespoke exercise programme to ensure you’re working on improving your back in the right way for you, with your specific issues
Weekly check in on WhatsApp for 12 weeks to help keep you accountable, on track with your rehab programme, and to track your progress
Appointments included in the package have a 3 month expiry date

Leak no more – £257

If you’re suffering with pelvic floor issues such as leaking or prolapse, then this package will get you on your way to leading a symptom-free life once again. Included in the package is:

3 x 45 min follow ups to check the progress of your pelvic floor strength and endurance, review and monitor any changes in your symptoms, and adapt and progress your treatment programme based on findings
3 months Pilates Powerhouse membership to help you exercise safely & regularly, whilst building your core and pelvic floor strength
Bespoke pelvic floor rehab programme to ensure you’re working on the specifics needed for your individual symptoms & issues
Weekly check in on WhatsApp for 12 weeks to help keep you accountable, on track with your rehab programme, and to track your progress
Appointments included in the package have a 3 month expiry date

6 x follow up appointments £275

If you’re looking to attend regular 1-1 Pilates sessions, to have regular massages, or have been advised that you’ll be needing 1-1 help and support over a number of sessions to make an optimum improvement from your ache, pain, or injury, then this treatment package is for you. This package has a 3 month expiry date. This package saves you £55 compared to purchasing your appointments separately.

Postnatal Treatment packages

From Bump back to You £137

This treatment package aims to give you the help you need with your postnatal recovery following your MummyMOT, and includes:

2 x 45 min follow ups to check your recovery, and review & progress your treatment programme
Online on demand 6 week postnatal Pilates course to help you restore your core and pelvic floor strength
Bespoke rehab programme to ensure you’re working on the rehab for your specific needs
Weekly check in on WhatsApp for 12 weeks to help keep you accountable, on track with your rehab programme, and to track your progress
Appointments included in the package have a 3 month expiry date
Get £210 of our services for £137, saving you £73!
