Introducing our exclusive 4-Week Sore Back to Strong Back Courses! These courses are fully funded, meaning they’re free for you to attend!
Our next course runs on Wednesdays at 10:30-11:30am, starts on 17th January 2024, and runs for 4 consecutive weeks:
- Wednesday 17th January 10:30-11:30am
- Wednesday 24th January 10:30-11:30am
- Wednesday 31st January 10:30-11:30am
- Wednesday 7th February 10:30-11:30am
Taken by experienced physiotherapist & Pilates instructor Anna Meggitt, with additional help from Pilates Instructor Laura Paret, from our premises in Noak Bridge (Billericay / Basildon, SS15 4ER), you’ll be taken through exercises that will help strengthen and stretch your back, meaning that by the end of each class your back feels more flexible and less painful.
Thanks to funding from Active Essex, we’re able to offer this course at no charge to you!
Please note, we ask that you only sign up if you are able to attend all 4 sessions, as numbers are limited to 8 per 4 week course, and we would like to help as many people as possible manage their back pain. If you sign up and don’t attend you will be depriving someone else in need of help with their back pain access an experienced physiotherapist, so please only book if you genuinely plan to attend all sessions.
